About this summary
This is a summary in English. The Japanese version is the official policy; if there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails. Privacy Policy (Japanese)
This summary covers the website imaiso.net operated by Imaiso Inc. (“we”). It does not apply to external websites linked from our site.
Information we collect
We collect the information you enter in our forms. The items differ by form.
- Contact form: the type of inquiry, name, company name, email address, the content of your inquiry, and your agreement to the handling of personal information.
- Estimate request form: the type of consultation, name, company name, email address, phone number, current website URL, whether the project is new or a redesign, the number of pages, the preferred launch timing, reference website URLs, the budget range, your inquiry, and your agreement. If you include price simulator results or a referral code in your inquiry, we also receive them.
- Document request form: name, company name, email address, job title, how you found the document, and your agreement.
Please do not write personal information beyond what is needed to answer you, or passwords, in your inquiry.
We also collect browsing information automatically through the access analysis tools described under “Access analysis and cookies” below.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your inquiry, to confirm what you ask of us, to contact you about quotations, proposals and our work, to guide those who requested a document (including delivering the document and sending emails about our services), and to deal with misuse. We will not use it for other purposes without your prior consent, except where the law allows.
Form service and processors
Our forms are sent and notified through SSGform. What you enter reaches our receiving mailbox via that service. Where we entrust the handling of personal information to a processor to the extent needed for these purposes, we select the processor appropriately and supervise it as needed. For how SSGform handles data, please see its privacy policy (external site, Japanese).
Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where the law requires or allows it. Entrusting work to processors to the extent needed for the purposes above is handled in accordance with the law.
Security and transfers abroad
We take organizational, personnel, physical and technical measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information. This includes encrypting communication on our site (SSL/TLS) and limiting access to the staff who need it. Inquiry information is managed by us and handled only by staff who need it, and we may use a customer management tool to respond to inquiries. We keep personal information for as long as the purposes require and delete it appropriately when it is no longer needed.
Access analysis data is sent to Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation in the United States, so information may be processed outside Japan. We have checked the personal information protection rules of the country concerned and take measures for safe management.
Access analysis and cookies
To understand how the site is used and to improve its content and usability, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, United States).
- Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect an identifier stored in the cookie, the URL, title and time of the pages you view, the referrer, and your IP address, device, browser, operating system, language and approximate region. The data is sent to Google LLC.
- Microsoft Clarity records how pages are viewed, such as clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, along with the pages viewed, device and browser, approximate region and referrer. Text entered in forms is not recorded and is masked. The data is sent to Microsoft Corporation.
We use this information only to understand and improve the use of our site, and not to identify individuals. Google and Microsoft may use the data they receive for their own purposes; please see their privacy policies (Google, Microsoft; external sites). To stop Google Analytics measurement, disable cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (external site). Some features of the site may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
The price simulator saves your selections only in your own browser (localStorage and sessionStorage) and does not send them to us. We do not use advertising tags (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) as of the revision date below.
Other services on our site
Our free “AIO/SEO diagnosis” tool and the ranking feature of the games on our site handle information under separate conditions, such as retention periods. They are described in the Japanese Privacy Policy.
Requests for disclosure, correction and suspension of use
If you or your representative asks us to notify the purpose of use of, disclose, correct, add to or delete your retained personal data, to stop using or erase it, or to stop its provision to third parties, we will respond in accordance with the law. Please send your request to the contact below by email or through the contact form. We will then explain the procedure and the documents required. We may ask for identification to confirm that you are the person concerned, and a power of attorney and the representative’s identification if a representative makes the request. We do not charge a fee for the procedure, but if you ask for a written reply by post, you may be asked to cover the actual postage. If the law does not oblige us to comply, we will tell you so and explain why.
